The Angel Starfish Educare Centre makes every effort to ensure that the facility is properly and appropriately registered with the necessary authorities and that full compliance with all regulations is both observed and maintained.
The Educare Centre is currently in the process of registering with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) as a Section 18(a) Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) which will allow it to issue tax deduction certificates to donors.
