The Angel Starfish Educare Centre is managed and controlled by a Management Committee. Working closely with the Management Committee is a General Manager who represents the interests of The Angel Starfish Project Charity and who bears overall responsibility for all legal and financial matters related to the Educare Centre plus the management and control of personnel and physical resources. The General Manager is supported by an Educare Manager who is responsible for the daily running of the Educare Centre, general administration, finance and bookkeeping. A Chief Facilitator manages the implementation of the curriculum, the teaching and learning resources, the monitoring and evaluation of staff plus the welfare and academic assessment of the children.
